DELIVERY CONDITIONS:                                                       

The carrier will deliver the order in the address given.                                

If no one is at the address to receive the parcel:

PORTUGAL AND SPAIN: CTT Expresso will leave a message saying that the parcel is at the nearest post office. The parcel will remain there and if it's not picked up it will be returned to QUAD. Sending it again will imply new shipping costs.

If the order is canceled after being sent and returned to QUAD, either because there was no one at the address or because the address was incorrect, the client will receive the refund for the price paid for the order minus the shipping costs.
